Auto-respond to @mentions when out of office
Problem
The vacation responder only covers inbound emails — when teammates @mention someone who is OOO in a comment, there is no notification that the person is unavailable.
Request
Allow setting a vacation auto-response for internal @mentions, so a pre-defined comment is posted when someone mentions an OOO teammate.
