Show offline calendar status

Problem
When scheduling fails on an offline calendar, users don't know whether the calendar is unavailable or misconfigured. They cannot distinguish between an online shared calendar and an offline copy.

Provide a clear indicator showing whether a subscribed calendar is currently online (shared) or offline.
