I agree with this! As an admin, being able to set the default Send option for the entire company. For example, “Send & Snooze”would ensure consistency across all teammates. Relying on individuals to manually select their preferred default introduces training overhead and workflow friction, which can lead to inconsistent usage. Allowing a company-wide default would streamline onboarding, reduce errors, and reinforce standardized processes.
person should still be able to change their personal setting, but controlling the default would give admins the control they need.
