Search and browse all rules across the account
Problem
Admins have no way to see all rules across inboxes in one place or search for specific rule conditions.
Request
Add a global rules view where admins can browse and search all rules by name, condition, or action.
This would be helpful and I would like to add on to this the ability for the rule searches to look at the context of the rules. For example if there is a rule set that contains one row that mentions a specific email address, that rule set should come up when searching for that email address. This is the only way that would make sure duplicate rules are not being created as well as allow for a much easier time finding a specific rule if a change is required. Currently if the text being searched is not in the title of the rule for rule sets, the rules will not come up under the results.
