Use contact notes in dynamic variables

Problem
When a request comes in from a known contact, the agent has to click into the contact to view notes, missing context that could speed up response times.

Request
Allow contact notes to be extracted and automatically posted as a comment in incoming conversations from known contacts so all context is immediately visible.
