snooze option to set for a set day/time, (i.e. the day you come back from a vacation)

    Agreed, a custom snooze for a set date would be really helpful.

    The current feature allows a custom snooze that is relative to the current date, or to reopen on a specific day of the week.

    Being able to snooze tickets to a fixed date in the future unlocks a lot of workflows where a ticket cannot be answered until a set point in time e.g. end of a personal vacation, after an event, at the end of reduced service period (e.g. Christmas)
