When a team member 'takes over' a draft, keep the signature the same as the original owner's and not the new editor's

When another member of our team 'takes over' a draft, the signature automatically changes to that team members signature.

We review a lot of emails internally and make changes accordingly however the reviewer isn't necessarily the person sending the email. This would increase our workflow.
