Extract email recipients into contact list

Problem
When receiving an email with multiple recipients (e.g., from a team lead copying their entire team), users currently must manually copy each recipient one-by-one to create a contact list, which is time-consuming.

Request
Allow bulk-extracting all recipients from an email thread and automatically creating a contact list from them.
