Tags API: see and set archived property
Problem
The GET /tags endpoint doesn't indicate which tags have been archived, and there's no way to archive tags via API.
Request
Include an archived flag in the GET /tags response and provide an endpoint to archive tags.
Without this single field, it becomes very difficult for our team to reason about individual Tags of the same name, for example.
