Adding "Reply as a New Conversation" as an Option

Our team would like to be able to reply as a new conversation to ease the ability for "Side Conversations" to happen with emails.

For example, there may be a conversation with many participants that you'd like to keep on the original conversation, but you'd also like to start a new side conversation with new participants. Today's solution is to forward as a new conversation, and then add the recipients you want to the email.
