Skip rules when triggered by API calls

Problem
Rules currently run regardless of whether an action was triggered by a user or by an API call, which can cause unwanted automation or duplicate actions when integrations programmatically create conversations or messages.

Request
Add a rule condition that skips rule execution if the triggering action was created by an API call rather than manual user creation, giving admins finer control over automation.
