Filter contacts by list membership in composer

Problem
When selecting recipients in the composer, there's no way to filter contacts based on list membership (e.g., show only contacts that appear in multiple specific lists).

Request
Add ability to filter the contact dropdown in the composer using list filters, such as showing only contacts that belong to both List A and List B.
