Team members don't use all team inboxes, but every team message template folder appears in their personal inbox template list, forcing them to scroll through dozens of folders to find their own templates.

Allow hiding or removing access to message template folders so they don't appear when opening templates in personal inboxes.
Indeed, you can't hide public templates on personal mailboxes.
You should have the option to hide a public template on personal mailbox.
And when selecting a template you should have the option to select personal or company templates.
