Filter/restrict templates by channel

Can you filter templates by channel?

We're a marketing company that runs newsletter campaigns for our customer portfolio. We leverage a single master inbox, and divide the categorization of communications into separate inboxes. Since there may be many emails from different accounts that are "interested" etc. it would be helpful if we could filter or restrict specific templates by the actual channel.
