Problem
When new replies are added to a conversation, pinned comments disappear from the email feed between the message view and sidebar, even though they remain accessible in the message thread.

Keep pinned comments visible in the conversation feed at all times, even after new replies arrive.
I second this. It's counterproductive having to scroll through entire conversations to find relevant notes, notes left by another agent, linked conversations etc etc
