Archive conversations for individual users in shared inboxes

Problem
Shared inboxes require archiving conversations for the entire team, which doesn't work for users who want to archive conversations individually without affecting team visibility or workflow.

Add the ability to archive a conversation from a shared inbox for a single user, while leaving it visible and unarchived for the rest of the team.
