We would like a way to build a report in Front that shows emails taken "out of order" from a team inbox. So for example if I have a best practice for the team set up that they need to always work from the oldest email, I want to see the number of times an email was taken out of order.
This is something that we've seen teams build out using Looker, but to have something native within Front would be the dream.
