Support empty value checks in rule conditions
Problem
Rule conditions cannot explicitly check for empty or null values, preventing workflows like 'do X if subject is empty.'
Request
Add support for explicit empty/null value conditions in rule logic.
There just needs to be a new rule condition option. So in Addition to "contains", "does not contain" etc, we have an option which is "is empty". Simple.
This would be very useful for the case where a user/customer sends a blank email subject/body and we could automate a reply to request more information instead of manually sendign the same template each time this occurrs.
