Add triggers to require-tag rules
Problem
Require-tag rules currently only apply to move and archive actions, limiting their usefulness for other workflows.
Request
Extend require-tag rules to additional triggers like reply and comment so teams can enforce tagging on a wider range of conversation actions.
Would like to add a trigger based on the status update. Example: when the status is updated to "waiting", require tags
We'd like the ability to create a rule that says when I've added a particular tag then we also need to add other tag from a list of options but only be able to add 1 of the options available before the conversation can be archived or moved
