Support partial word and phrase search
Problem
Searching for partial keywords like part of an email domain, part of an order ID, or partial names requires remembering the exact full term—searches for "cut" don't find "cutting", and partial email or ID searches fail.
Request
Support partial matching for keywords, email addresses, IDs, and name fragments so users can find conversations using incomplete information.
The search function is not optimal. Most of our users search for order number
If they search for 102925 I would like the search tool to search everything that has that combinaison even if it is within a chain of letters and numbers EX: Search 102925, return search even if the search is within a word that has a letter at the begening or at the end
EX: Return findings on 102924A or 102125-PO of PO102924A at the moment it would not return all those combination in the search. I can't belive with AI trending FRONT must have a better search tool.
