Duration-type custom fields and variables

Problem
Currently, there's no way to create custom fields or dynamic variables based on durations (e.g., time until SLA breach, time until contract renewal). This limits the ability to automate time-sensitive workflows.

Introduce duration-type custom fields and dynamic variables to support time-sensitive automation, such as calculating time to contract renewal date or SLA target date.
