Support message templates for comments
Problem
Message templates are only available for emails — teammates who frequently use standardized internal comments must type them manually each time.
Request
Extend message template support to comments, allowing reuse of templated internal notes.
Would love to see this implemented, we use templates in our day to day, and when coaching new team members it'd save a bunch of time, being able to link a template the new user can clickthrough to populate in their reply. Would like to see it populate in their templates as a recently used template as well. It's hard to type out the name of a template when there are so many we use for various reasons.
This would be awesome! We use comments a ton for coaching our reps. We often have to repeat ourselves and this would save a lot of time!

This would be a huge asset to daily workflow - what I have to do currently is open Outlook (which defeats the purpose of using Front), populate the existing template in an email there, then copy and paste into a Front comment for collaboration. Would be a big time save on the unecessary steps!
This would be super helpful for us! We do a ton of collaboration between our global teams in the comments, and templates built into comments would make hand-offs much easier.
