We're excited to share that Google Business Messages is now available as an add-on on the latest Growth plan (May 2023) and above. When customers reach out to you after finding your business profile on Google Search or Google Maps, you can now easily respond to them directly within Front.
Google My Business is now a part of Google Maps, but you can still receive messages from customers there. Response times are tracked and reported in some way, so having a Front inbox specifically for this channel would be very helpful.
with the Google My Business integration, do Google reviews also get feed over?
