Hide auto-responders in conversations
Problem
Auto-responder messages appear at the bottom of email conversations by default, requiring users to scroll to the top to read the main message. On mobile, this creates a poor reading experience with only the auto-responder snippet visible.
Request
Hide auto-responder messages from conversation view to focus on primary communication.
There are 2 things that are inconvenient about these auto-responder messages.
When I open an email, I have to scroll up to the beginning of the email because it defaults down to the botton where the auto-responder email that was sent, sits.
When viewing my inbox on mobile, it shows the snippet of the auto-responder and not the email that was recieved. So basically every email has the same snippet and I have to go in and view the email to see if the context.
