This feature is really useful when dealing with older clients that do not really knows how to handle outlook. They seem to loose their conversation history a lot so with the .MSG we can send them the complete thread for them to read again in case of any problem or questions. They can't open a .EML
We've been storing .msg files in our document storage.
Re-opening these files forces our teams to use Outlook again when we would like to be able to access them in Front.

Hi, we have a lot of customers who does not use Front (sadly), and sometimes we need to send them a email history to explain a specific case
Would be extremely useful for organizations that needs to send email history to their clients.
They can't open it as a .EML
