Set default signature per inbox

Problem
Signatures can be scoped to shared channels but not to specific inboxes, limiting admin control when multiple inboxes share the same channel or teammates use individual channels across different inboxes.

Allow admins to define a default signature per inbox, so the correct signature is applied automatically based on the inbox context (e.g., language-based inboxes or team-specific branding).
