Ability to give chat visitors indication around when they will get a response (e.g., wait time, queue position, high-volume moments, etc.)

    Our team appreciates the possibility of sending automatically to the customer, the average time it takes the team to respond, when it finishes interacting with the chatbot and is referred to a human agent.

    Something like an automated message saying "On average the team takes 10 minutes to respond". or something like this picture:
