Nested/hierarchical Views with expand/collapse

Let admins and teammates nest shared Views under a parent View or folder, as Gmail does with nested labels. Users should be able to expand, collapse, show all, or hide a branch in the sidebar. Selecting a parent should show the combined results of its children, and ideally the parent could also be a simple grouping folder with no filter of its own.

The ideal criteria:

• Parent/child relationship for shared Views, at least two levels deep

• Collapse and expand per user

• Parent aggregates children, or works as a pure folder

• Permissions inherited or settable per level, so reps only see their own accounts

• Manageable by admins centrally
