Show seen status for rule-sent and automated messages

Problem
Automated messages sent by rules and message templates don’t show a “Seen” status or timestamp, unlike manually sent emails where this tracking is available.

Request
Display a “Seen” status and timestamp in the conversation for messages sent via rules and message templates, matching the read tracking currently available for manually composed emails.
