Windows app caching control

The Front Windows app currently has a fixed local cache limit.

This may be too restrictive in the case of handling high volumes of emails, attachments and photos.

Allow customers or admins to configure the Front Windows desktop app cache limit. Enterprise customers need the ability to control how much local disk space the Front Windows app can use for caching. The current fixed cache limit does not account for different customer environments, such as high-volume attachment workflows, managed Windows deployments, VDI environments, or strict endpoint/storage policies.

Customer impact: This would help enterprise IT teams manage Front at scale, reduce unexpected storage/network behaviour, and support smoother Windows desktop deployments for customers with heavy attachment usage or managed-device requirements.
