Count emails over 100

I would like to be able to quantify the number of emails beyond 100. Because to date, I have to count them by hand!

Some KBs (i.e. Intercom) offer a tagline that users can add under a title. This is what shows up as the 1-line preview when scrolling through a list on the help center. Today, Front just shows a preview of the article content that gets cut off.
