Assignment limits for round robin

Similar to what is offered to load balancing, round robin would not assign to teammates that have N open conversations already assigned.

Having the ability to insert link from composer in Facebook channels

We don't have the ability to insert links from composer in Facebook channels in the same way we have for email. This necessitates customers to add long hyperlinks in their responses with no way to shorten them

I would like to be able to copy a link to a knowledge base article directly from the righthand sidebar. Especially for sharing articles with colleagues in the comments to a conversation it would be handy if the link could be copied from there.

Delay conditions below a minute

For certain use cases we need to wait a few seconds after an event in Front before a Rule triggers. It would be helpful if Time Since Trigger (and other delayed conditions) could support a finer granularity in seconds.

Count emails over 100
