2nd Variable Fallback in Message Templates

In message templates, when using a dynamic variable I can create a fallback variable or text. I would like to have two fallback options, one being another variable, and a second fallback being text.

Turn off and on the "last time edited" from Knowledge Base

It would help in order to use the Knowledge Base as a FAQ page and show clients only the information, not when it was changed or added.
