Make message template analytics accessible through API

It'd be helpful to make template usage analytics accessible through an API endpoint. Right now, it's only available through a manual export on the dashboard tab.

Add a "select all" option to dropdowns

In exports, when you need to select "all except X,Y,Z" (which is different from "not X,Y,Z"), it would come in handy.
