My ideas: Printing

Problem There is no way to export a complete snapshot of a conversation (emails and internal comments) for external storage, archiving, or audit compliance. Request Allow printing or exporting an entire conversation — including comments — as a PDF.

Problem Print output always includes tags, but some users don't want tags displayed in printed documents. Request Add an option to exclude tags from print output.

Request Display an indicator when a conversation contains attachments during printing.
