Existing integrations

We would like to synchronise all the historical messages from Front to Hubspot, rather than just new ones as they arrive.

Once a message comes in from Slack, any edits that the original creator makes are not updated in Front, making it possible to miss information without going back to check the message in Slack. Images as an example.

It's important to have the ability to initiate conversations with all shared slack channels

Support WhatsApp group chat. Note: This is not currently supported natively in the WhatsApp API.

In some cases we may need to do a group text similar to having 2 or more customers on the same email. Twilio supports this with their conversations api and it would be great to be able to connect to that from front.

My company uses SMS for ~90% of our customer conversations. Today, the only way to utilize Front with a single phone number that customers can both call and text is through Dialpad (maybe Aircall as well, not sure). It turns out conversation split...

My team and I loved front during our testing. But, front does not have the ability to import private slack channels which is a huge blocker for us.
