Add unified All-status tab to inbox conversation list

Problem
Conversations in Front are split across separate status tabs (Unassigned, Assigned, Resolved), requiring teammates to switch between tabs to see the full picture of inbox activity.

Request
Add an "All" tab within each inbox that displays conversations from every status together in a single chronological timeline.
