Enable per-teammate OOO auto-responder in shared inboxes

Problem
In a shared inbox, individual teammates cannot set or manage their own out-of-office auto-responder without admin involvement — every OOO activation requires an admin to configure it on each teammate's behalf.

Allow each teammate to independently activate and configure their own time-away auto-responder within a shared inbox, without requiring admin access.
