Merge conversations from application channels

Problem
Conversations originating from application channels cannot be merged in Front — unlike email and other supported channel types, the merge action is unavailable for application channel conversations.

Request
Support conversation merging for application channel conversations so teammates can consolidate related threads regardless of channel type.
