Problem
When agents select a WhatsApp template to send, there is no visible indicator of whether it is a Marketing or Service type. This creates a real risk of sending the wrong type by mistake — for example, sending a Marketing template during an active service conversation, which violates Meta's messaging policies and can trigger delivery failures or account warnings.
Proposed solution
Display the template type (Marketing / Service) in two key moments of the sending flow:
Template selector — Show a label or badge next to each template name so agents can distinguish types at a glance before even selecting one.
Preview panel — Reinforce the type in the confirmation/preview step, so there is a second opportunity to catch a wrong selection before hitting send.
Expected behavior
Each template in the selector shows a clearly visible tag: Marketing or Service (ideally color-coded — e.g. orange for Marketing, blue for Service).
The same tag appears in the template preview, near the template name or header.
No changes to the sending flow itself — this is purely informational.
Why this matters
Prevents agents from accidentally sending Marketing templates in contexts where only Service templates are allowed (e.g. inside the 24h service window).
Reduces support errors without requiring agents to memorize which template is which type.
Low implementation effort, high impact on day-to-day accuracy.
