Advanced rule conditions for 'when' trigger

When creating a rule, it would be helpful if we could also create a condition based on if something is not the case.

For example, we have specific auto-replies for certain auto-detected topics. For most of the other topics, we have a general auto-reply. However, since there are occasionally new auto-detected topics, these are not covered by any of our rules, and we will have to manually add them to the general auto-reply rule.

So my suggestion would be for the When trigger:
-> When none of the following selected topics is identified:

• [x] Topic A

• [x] Topic B

• [ ] Topic C

-> Then send general auto-reply template.
