Mark mentions as completed

Problem
Mentions continue to resurface as new activity even after they've been addressed, creating unnecessary noise and making it hard to distinguish completed mentions from those requiring action.

Request
Add option to mark mentions as completed so they don't reappear unless another mention is made.
