Support Sequences for SMS

Problem
Sequences (bulk message automation with CSV uploads and dynamic variables) are only available for email, not SMS channels.

Request
Extend Sequence functionality to SMS channels (e.g., via Twilio), including support for CSV uploads and template variables.
