Display call logs and transcripts in SMS/MMS threads

Problem
Call records (phone number, duration, transcript) are no longer displayed inline with SMS/MMS conversations. This makes it difficult for teams to quickly get context when joining an ongoing troubleshooting thread.

Show call logs and transcripts inline within SMS/MMS conversation threads so team members have immediate call context alongside text messages.
