increase the 6 recipient limit for guest suggestions during event creation

Currently, when creating an event using the calendar plugin, the "Guest Suggestion" feature is hard-coded to disable if the recipient list of the open conversation is more than 6 recipients.

While this limit helps with clutter, it would still be helpful to have
