Target specific recipients in Smart CSAT/QA

Problem
Smart CSAT and Smart QA automatically target only the last teammate responding, but some evaluation scenarios require targeting other teammates in the conversation.

Request
Add ability to precisely select which recipient is evaluated by Smart CSAT or Smart QA instead of always targeting the last responder.

Context
Use cases include: QA evaluation of 3rd-party suppliers, reverse CSAT where the inbound party is evaluated, and attributing scores to teammates other than the last responder.
