Edit and Delete sync for Front to Slack integration

We have connected the Slack channel to our Front inbox. My ask is to improve/implement editing and deleting replies between the two applications.

Edit Discrepancy: Messages sent out of Slack can be edited (syncing to Front), but messages sent from Front and cannot be edited in either platform.

Deletion Discrepancy: Deletions do not sync in either direction. Deleting in Front leaves a message in Slack, and deleting in Slack leaves a stale record in Front.

Deletion Example Scenario:

• Message A: An agent sends a message from Front. They realize it was an error and delete it in Front. Result: The message remains visible to the customer in Slack, creating a "ghost" message that the agent believes is gone.

• Message B: An agent sends a message from Front. They realize the error and go into Slack to delete it manually. Result: The message is gone from Slack, but it remains as a permanent, "sent" record in Front.

Requested Solution: Implement a trigger so that if a Front-originated message is deleted or edited in either platform or the Front platform, that action is mirrored immediately on the other side.
