Rule tester: backward compatibility test suite

Be able to create a test suite of conversations and the desired branch that was taken for them in a Front rule. If I had this capability, I could ensure that any new changes to a branch by Autopilot answer rule did not break backward compatibility with old conversations where the rule did in fact work.

As I'm working through examples, I find ones where the rule doesn't work and I need to augment the prompt. These are the cases where I want to ensure backward compatibility with old successful cases and new compatibility with the one case that did not work.
