Create reusable sequence templates

Problem
Currently, sequences can only be set up to send today to a fixed set of up to 200 contacts. There's no way to create reusable templates or enroll contacts on different days.

Request
Allow setting up reusable sequence templates and enrolling contacts on an ad-hoc basis, with the sequence starting on the day the contact is enrolled rather than on a fixed date.
