✉️ Suggestion: Smarter Handling of Newsletters and Notifications in Front

Hi Front Team,

I’d like to suggest an improvement for managing newsletters and notification emails both in personal (Me) and shared inboxes (Company profiles).

At the moment, to reduce distractions, I’ve created Tags with rules that automatically move these types of emails into dedicated folders — which I check when I choose to, not when the sender decides to grab my attention.

However, this setup requires constant maintenance, as it depends on long rules with “From contains” filters and ever-growing lists of sender addresses. It’s effective but inefficient to manage.

Other email tools already offer smarter, dynamic handling of such low-priority messages — automatically identifying and grouping newsletters and notifications, keeping the main inbox clean and focused on priority communications.

I think it would be extremely useful if Front could provide a built-in solution like this. It would benefit both individual users and teams, especially since even shared inboxes sometimes receive newsletters or automated notifications. Having these separated from critical messages would significantly boost productivity and focus.

Thanks for considering this improvement — it would make Front even more powerful for distraction-free communication.
